Title:  NSC Production Engineer/Animal Production Specialist

The position is responsible for the monitoring and execution of cost-effective programs in the production of PANB supply chain products from live operations, feeds manufacturing, and poultry & meats processing designed to minimize cost, increase productivity, improve efficiencies, promote food safety, and adhere to the highest standard of quality set by the company.

Management of poultry/livestock production of contract growers of SMFI

Implementation of technical programs in contract growing farms for production and animal health

Coordination with farms of regulatory and company requirements for compliance

Monitoring of farm performance in terms of productivity indices, health, and quality
