How can I apply?
You can check out our job vacancies at www.sanmiguel.com.ph and look for the “Careers at San Miguel” section in the Menu, then click ‘Launch our new SMC Careers portal’ to check career opportunities, and to create your online account.

You can also directly go to https://careers.sanmiguel.com.ph

If your profile matches any of our vacancies, you will be contacted by our recruiters via mobile phone or email to discuss the next steps. 

Do you accept walk-ins or applications sent by email?
The best way to apply is through our website, as we take time to review your profile to make sure that we find the right fit for you.

What are the required documents to apply? 
You will need to create an account on this website, and submit a resume with a photo. 

How will I get notified if there are new job postings?
When you create your online account, you will receive a notification via email if there are new job postings when you tick the box under the notification category.

“Receive new job posting notifications” means you will receive notifications on all new job postings.

“Hear more about career opportunities” means that you will receive notifications on new job postings that matches the last posting you applied for.

Who can I contact if I am having technical problems? 
Please contact our Customer Care Center at 632-2000 or email us at customercare@sanmiguel.com.ph with details on the technical issues that you are experiencing.

Does San Miguel Corporation or any of its subsidiaries require payment in processing or hiring applicants?
Please be advised that SAN MIGUEL CORPORATION (SMC) AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES do not require payment of processing fees, medical fees, or any type of fees when hiring applicants for our various vacancies. Please be warned against individuals posing as San Miguel’s employees and/or representatives running scams that guarantee employment in exchange for money.

How will I know the status of my application?
You can check the status of application through your online account by clicking on the “Job Management” tab.
