Title:  Product Development Specialist

• Products Development Specialist under Grocery Products 2
  • Plans, aligns and coordinates projects with the team and other units in the achievement of corporate and company objectives
• Materializes product concepts according to agreed desing through research and experimentation, and adequately documents the same; adjusts product quality level, cost and profitability; defines raw material alternatives and process modification at agreed product quality level and cost.
• Improves on existing products, process and packaging to pursue market competitiveness in terms of quality, cost and profitability, to satisfy internal and external consumer needs thereby achieving the company's overall profitability.

Qualification and Work Experience
•At least Bachelors / College Degree on Engineering (Packaging/Chemical), Food Technology and other related technical fields. A Professional License is preferred where applicable.•With at least 2 years work experience and expertise on basic food manufacturing processes and packaging development.
•Experience on packaging development of processed meat products is an advantage but not required.

*Knowledge in Thermal Process is a plus factor to consider
