Product Development Specialist under Hotdog Category 

Duties and Responsibilities
  Formulate and develops new products

  Performs maintenance and improvement on existing products

  Conducts laboratory and production trials for testing and validations

  Translates and scales up laboratory prototypes to commercial runs

  Performs sensory and shelf-life evaluation of products

 conducts trials for new ingredients and new process specifications

Qualification and Work Experience

At least Bachelors / College Degree on Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Dietics, Engineering ( Chemical ), Food Microbiology or equivalent.

With at least 3-5 years experience on product development or its related field

 Experience on Meat processing is an advantage but not required
