The R&D Specialist/Technical Services Specialist develops flour and flour-based products thru research and tests on ingredients, packaging materials and processes; handles projects on packaging, documentations and customer requirements.
1. Conducts evaluation of new and alternative ingredients and packaging materials for product development use.
2. Formulates flour and flour based products
3. Carries out shelf life studies on newly developed formulations
4. Assists in quality and cost improvement work on existing products.
5. Assists in the development of packaging materials
6. Assists in trainings, product demonstrations and presentations done for internal and external customers
7. Conducts regular audits and trade checks
Preferably with baking skills, culinary background (or Chef), extruded snack products experience, noodle products expreience
