3. Conduct routine necropsy, and recommend based on the actual findings.

4. Conduct accurate sample weighing to represent the whole flock,

5. Conduct accurate weight forecasting to served the required average live weight for live sales customer.

6. Make a post harvest analysis.

7. Conduct refresher seminar for the new flock man or farm personnel.

1. Recruitment of business partner.

2. Coordinate with other department in terms of supply and planning.

3. Coordinate for the Local Government Unit for possible environmental concern.

4. Back ground on the requirements on how to start the business particularly on the government permits.

5. Conduct Brgy. Hearing to ask approval from the council to issue of certificate of interposing no objection.
