Job description: 

• Conducts process checking and inspection
• Prepares evaluation reports, material acceptance and product release thru SAP system
• Reports and recommends corrections and corrective actions on observed quality deviations on evaluated raw materials and finished goods
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly product quality profile on physical and chemical properties
• Issues certificate of analysis for customers/dealers and flour end-users
• Prepares and standardizes reagents/chemicals for laboratory use
• Conducts monthly inventory of chemicals, glassware, and laboratory equipment spare parts.
• Conducts Sanitation, GMP and IPM audit of plant facilities and external warehouses
• Validates and trouble-shoots flour quality complaints
