Tabangao Plant Transactions

1. Daily monitoring and checking of production orders.
2. Weekly validation of the following:
   a. Inventory lists and movement transactions for Plant J002 storage locations
   b. Materials in transit and pending reservations
   c. AACE status updates
   d. Contract status updates
3. Monthly activities:
   a. Inventory counting and reconciliation for all storage locations
   b. Month-end closing activities including accrual and reversal of journal entries and Intercompany reconciliation
   c. Account payable issue tracker resolution
   d. Fixed Cost review per department
   e. Generation of reports for production volume, extraction, and indices
4. Ad hoc and other activities:
   a. Petty cash handling and monitoring
   b. Resolution of audit findings and concerns
   c. Process and control improvement initiatives
   d. Budget preparation and forecasting

e. Processing of permits and other LGU requirements
