Title:  Master Operator

Assembles, dismantles, and performs preventive maintenance on production equipment and machines. 

Operates machines and conducts processing of products in accordance to In-Process Specifications. 

Records and monitors machine standard parameters and process parameters using Production Monitoring Sheets. 

Performs Pre-Operative and Post-Operative checks based on the established checklist to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of machines. 

Ensures proper use of and monitoring of raw materials in the production line, observing FIFO/ FEFO inventory practices. 

Receives, inspects, and verifies raw materials and operating supplies issued to the production line. 

Monitors and maintains inventory of tools, implements, and other production supplies. 

Conducts basic troubleshooting of production machines and equipment. 

Supports continuous improvement by suggesting operational improvements and reporting recurring issues. 

Assists in operational activities across other production lines as required. 

Performs tasks assigned by the immediate superior in line with qualifications and skill level.
