Description: 

This role is responsible for managing and reporting on the capacity of hog and poultry farms, including new farms and expansions. It involves consolidating monthly capacity reports, analyzing expansion targets, preparing presentations, and updating contracts for growers. The position also supports new applicants, facilitates necessary codes and agreements, monitors departmental costs, and attends technical or investor forums. Additionally, it maintains relationships with business partners by guiding them on policies and contract requirements, acting as a bridge to operations, and ensuring company resources like facility designs are properly safeguarded.

•Consolidates and analyzes livestock and poultry projects (new and expansion).
•Prepares monthly capacity reports and evaluates expansion vs. resources and demand.
•Develops presentations and reports on capacity and incoming projects.
•Manages contracts and documentation for growers, including MOAs and processing requirements.
•Supports operations through applicant assistance, system setup (codes/PRs), cost monitoring, and attending industry forums.
