Responsibilities:
- Implement emerging channel and direct selling initiatives within the assigned region
- Support activation, onboarding, and day-to-day operations of direct selling models- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, ASMs, and field teams
- Monitor execution quality, productivity, and sales performance
- Identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities
- Provide real-time feedback and insights to the national BD team
