Main Tasks:
ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTIONS
 Communicates protocols and procedures in the execution of any heat & power works.
 Ensures that work practices align with heat & power engineering codes and standards.
 Coordinates team collaboration with other departments and key partners in the operation, problem solving, and continuous improvement activities.
 Forecasts and prepares heat & power system operating plans and budget and evaluates cost efficiencies and savings.

Main Tasks:
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
 Implements time-based and condition-based maintenance programs to deliver planned work and reduce outages.
 Ensures inventory of all critical equipment components and spare parts is available when needed.
 Plans and schedules SAP PM-implemented work orders and manages downtime activities with processing operations.
 Inspects maintenance works, tracks and evaluates progress, and provides real-time feedbacks to correct gaps in performance and quality of work.

Main Tasks:
ENGINEERING FUNCTIONS
 Conducts audit of heat & power system and facilities including whether operational methods and practices are within standards.
 Seeks out problems and causes involving heat & power system operation, assesses risks and priorities, and recommends feasible solutions.
 Tests and evaluates application of new technologies, methods and designs for heat & power processes and cost improvements.

Main Tasks:
ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY ENGINEERING AND PLANT SANITATION
 Plans, evaluates, and takes corrective actions to prevent and mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
 Develops training and exercising plans and mobilizes resources for the proper execution of emergency protocols.
 Coordinates and evaluates emergency plans and procedures and level of responsiveness in terms execution time and damage control.
 Evaluates response procedures and plans based on improvements identified after training exercises and incident responses.
 Verifies and coordinates that preventive sanitation including inspection, sanitary operation and maintenance, are performed to assure highest food safety of the poultry processing plant.

 Assesses and communicates training needs to meet key performance requirements and functional responsibilities.
