Title:  Animal Nutritionist

Develop and implement balanced nutrition programs tailored to the different stages of poultry growth, from hatch to market weight.

Formulate and evaluate feed rations based on nutritional requirements, ingredient availability, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with poultry farm managers and production teams to monitor flock health, growth rates, and feed conversion ratios.

Analyze live operation performance data to identify opportunities for nutritional improvements.

Conduct on-site visits to poultry farms to assess bird condition and feeding practices.

Support research and trials on new feed ingredients, additives, and nutritional technologies.

Work hand in hand with quality assurance and feeds manufacturing team to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to feed safety and quality.  

Train and provide guidance to poultry farm staff and production teams on nutrition best practices.

Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to coordinate ingredient sourcing.

Collaborate with veterinary teams on nutritional management strategies to support bird health and disease prevention.

Keep up-to-date with current industry trends, scientific advances, and nutritional innovations in poultry production.
