- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs the assigned Area. Take the lead in handling both SIV and STT performance MTD and YTD.
- Increase sales volume and product availability in stores.
- Develop and Implement Field Sales Plan
- Effectively manage the distributor/s, customers and their operations.
- Responsible for the execution of the Channel and Category plans.
- Responsible to provide quality and on-time information.
- Conduct Monthly Operations Review with the Distributor and Business to top accounts.
