- One (1) year experience in Microbiological Analyses & LMS are an advantage
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Adaptability to different working conditions and can work with minimum supervision
- Must be dynamic, analytical and independent minded, objective and with good judgement
- Knowledgeable in Quality and Food Safety
- Knowledgeable in HACCP Plan Development and Implementation
- Skilled in the auditing of a HACCP System is preferred
