SALES FULFILLMENT
RESPONSIBILITY: Ensures customer’s requirements and orders are fulfilled and well-coordinated all departments
Main Tasks:
• Manages customer’s requirements by ensuring orders are fulfilled through constant coordination with Operations Planner, warehouse and logistics personnel, and finance specialist.
• Allocates stocks provided by Supply Chain Operations Planner to all customers, following the allocation policy provided by the ASM.
• Ensures full customer satisfaction by offering alternative products in the absence of the specific stock keeping unit (SKU) ordered by means of coordinating with the SAS handling the specific account.
• Reports to SAS with regard to service level per SKU and delivery status.
• Elevates to ASM and SAS must move SKUs based on inventory and expiration date requested from Operations Planner and Manufacturing Specialist, ensuring immediate pull-out and eliminating condemnation in the territory of responsibility
SALES INFORMATION ANALYSIS AND REPORTS
RESPONSIBILITY: Ensures total sales volume is accounted for all company-owned Chicken Stations and Meat shops through the Sales Information System
Main Tasks:
• Ensures total sales volume is accounted for all company-owned Chicken Stations and Meat shops through the Sales Information System, verifying accuracy of DSR and LR per customer before month-end closing.
• Consolidates 12-month rolling sales forecast which requires submission to Area Sales Analyst, taking into consideration the territory’s month-on-month sales volume and revenue growth and territory sales plans and programs.
• Prepares and secures approve pricelist, special price request (SPR) and promo brief, ensuring dissemination to ASM, SASs and Finance Analyst to activate necessary adjustments
• Ensure timely information encoded/uploaded in the Supermarket Meats Sales Information System (SMSIS) that provide sales-to-trade volume sold in each of the company-operated supermarket in the territory handled.
SALES SUPPORT SERVICES
RESPONSIBILITY: Prepares and safekeeps important sales documents
Main Tasks:
• Safekeeps all important sales documents (pricelist, inter-office memo, minutes of the meeting, customer profile, copy of contracts); • Receives, handles, and elevates to ASMs, customer inquiries regarding SMFI products and concerns.
Under the direction of the Area Sales Manager, this position focuses on managing territory sales orders by ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, collaborating with Supply Chain Group on the possible additional inventory to achieve excellent service level, conveying the final volume delivered to Sales Account Specialist (SAS) and communicating with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the final allocation. He/ She also maintains daily sales records as a basis for reports to the ASM and SAS.
