Title:  Business Development Specialist

 Responsible for network expansion in his/her particular area through the effective implementation of the area network master plan.  He / She is expected to plan for, acquire, and develop viable Branded Retail Outlets sales and screen and recommend to the Selection Panel the potential investors who exemplify the 5Cs (Commitment, Cooperation, Capital, Character, Competence) of an ideal investor.  He / She will assist Sales and existing franchisees / distributors / community sellers in evaluating potential sites for ME, MB, MBx, SMS, and SCS.
