Title:  Quality Assurance Specialist

Primarily responsible for ensuring the compliance of the dressing plant and slaughterhouse and external storage facilities to Quality and Food Safety in accordance with the requirements of SMFI, customer and government regulatory agencies. Ensures all technical requirements for all products are translated and understood by the plant in accordance with customer requirement.  Responsible for conduct of  Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice training and compliance audits of retail outlets of the Poultry & Meats Business.
