Title:  Sales Account Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Sales Account Specialist for Feeds under San Miguel Foods, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers and distributors within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth by promoting and selling a range of animal feed, veterinary medicines and petfood products, ensuring optimal stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and develop strategies to increase market share.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role requiring regular travel to customer locations and distributors.
• May involve working extended hours, including weekends, depending on customer needs and sales targets.

Performance Indicators:

• Achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Improve penetration in stores, farms, pet shops & pet clinics.
• Market share growth within the assigned territory.
• Accuracy in forecasting and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year Business couse

With experience in sales and distribution

Must know how to drive automatic and manual transmission
