Title:  Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will be assigned in the following tasks:

• Lead and actively participate in the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities while supervising third-party maintenance personnel
• Improve equipment reliability and plant operational performance through failure analysis, technical improvements, and maintenance optimization.
• Support the effective lifecycle management of plant assets while promoting energy efficiency and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance performance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a licensed Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineer.
• Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant industrial experience
• Must be knowledgeable in Equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis, Preventive and predictive maintenance systems, Industrial safety and LOTOTO implementation.
• With Leadership and decision-making skills and strong coordination and communication skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
