Title:  Logistics Assistant

Responsible in the implementation of direct movement of Micro Raw Materials, Pet food and packaging from warehouse to destination.

Coordinates with Operations planning the volume and the delivery schedule for raw materials, pet food and packaging to strategize the number of trucks needed.

Executes through 3rd party service provider the dispatch plan from operations planning to ensure timely and direct delivery of raw materials, pet food and packaging from origin to destination.

Ensures implementation of inventory management in warehouses and distribution hub and executes inventory control standards (First In First Out, Last In First Out, First Expiry First Out) to manage and analyze slow moving & aging inventory of warehouses.

Leads in the actual conduct of monthly inventory count for Company owned warehouse and reconciles inventory variances with finance and 3rd party service provider.

Creates Post Inventory Differences (PID) in SAP for raw materials, pet food and packaging materials, to ensure accurate and reliable SAP inventory.

Manages other warehouse operational activities such as; completeness of pertinent documents, resolution of non-conforming products, performance of regular spot audit on documents, validation of billing documents of service provider and, others
