Expand San Miguel Foods business (volume, profit and share) in assigned international market/s through strategic planning, business building and account management.

|
Strategic Planning
- Develops annual plans & programs, entry growth strategies and other initiatives aligned with the overall company’s business objective of expanding San Miguel Foods Business in the Export Channel
- Contributes to the preparation of Long-Range Plans (LRP) and programs per Business Unit annually.
Business Building
- Delivers sales volume, revenue and profit in the assigned international market/s.
- Plans and implements programs to deliver business objectives in the assigned international market/s
- Managing San Miguel Foods portfolio – making relevant product offering and range available for shoppers
- Ensures correct pricing is implemented in the trade
- Identifies white spaces opportunities for growth – either in existing channels and/or markets or new channels and/or markets
- Creating and implementing distribution drives
- Developing customer-specific sales programs in coordination with retailers and/or distributors
- Execution of national/global marketing initiatives cascaded by Export Marketing
- Designs business development strategy, product portfolio and route-to-market strategy for all identified developed and emerging regions through annual business plan.
Account Management
- Maintains regular communication and interaction with customers/ business partners through regular updates and feedback. This includes order monitoring and payment reconciliation done regularly.
- Handles all quality servicing and claim issues and ensures that proper required documentation and approvals are obtained as needed.
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with existing distributors and key accounts for sales performance, cascading promos and programs, new products, and directions from management. This also includes joint planning to grow the business of San Miguel Foods and its partners.
Management Reporting
- Prepares sales & distribution updates on Business Operations Review (BOR) quarterly.
- Submits AR updates on EIS reports weekly.
- Prepares sales performance, trade activities, inventory, and pricing surveys during bi-monthly leadership team meeting and/or when needed.
Housekeeping and Administrative Tasks
- Creates and issues proforma invoices to customers as order acknowledgment from customers.
- Receives, validates and processes claims from customers.
- Creates credit memos, PAW for trade activities & programs and other internal documents required to execute programs.
- Safekeeps contracts and other important documents related to Exports in the assigned market/s.
