Description:
- Oversees Prosync in charge of Order Management through KPI setting and alignment, regular review of performance and day to day operations to ensure 100% OTIF and achieve efficiency
- Identifies improvements in Order Management and ensure its execution
- Examines existing system and works with DIT/SMITS on resolving any system related issue and identifying improvements
- Creates and performs system transactions related to inventory purchases and transfers and ensures it execution
- Prepares necessary reports related to Service Level (OTIF, Inventory vs Bookings)
- Facilitates orders management of non-traditional sales (employee sales/donations)
