Title:  Systems Analyst

The employee shall work with the SBC Manager on the following items:

I. Cross-functional process improvement/cost savings projects; the activities may include but may not be limited to the following:

• Identification of process gaps or business risks (if any)
• Gathering facts and figures about the project
• Provide initial process improvement recommendations
• Conduct working sessions/consultations with the Business Units to get insights/additional inputs or concurrence.
• Documentation of the proposed policy, procedures, and guidelines to institutionalize any process enhancement
• Conduct project post-implementation review
