Title: Store Operations Specialist
Pasig City (AAC0)
- Work with the e-commerce group to design the “perfect e-commerce store” experience
- Create and launch various store designs and user experience experiments, and measure results
- Day-to-day management of the inventory across all our merchants
- Monitor inventory every day across all our merchants and ensure 100% availability of all our products
- Coordinate with corresponding Sales Associates for timely re-ordering and re-supply of products
- Coordinate with the merchants to update inventory levels across all SKUs on a daily basis
- Work with logistics partners and merchants to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to end consumers
- Maintain a single, updated centralized product catalogue of all our products. Said product catalogue will include high-converting product descriptions with complete information, pricing information, product images, and other details
- Maintain and update all product pages across all merchants, and ensure that best practices in product listings are followed
- Product updating (e.g., price increases/adjustments, SKU de-listing, new SKU listing, etc.) in the platform
- Lead the e-commerce customer support function across the platform
- Coordinate with Prosync and other customer support vendors/partners, to ensure that all customer inquiries are properly addressed and managed
- Monitor the customer support scorecard the platform touchpoints
