Analysis & Evaluation
A. Selling Systems – Helps the SSTDM in ensuring execution of correct selling systems processes across all areas for standardization and efficient sales operations and management.
• Recommends selling systems enhancement such as Typical Day, Performance Assessment System, application of sales tools, Competency Basket and Sales Incentive/Awards Program to SSTDM.
• Conducts regular trade check, route ride and sale assisting activities to be able to keep up with the current operations to validate sales processes and to further enhance the selling systems module.


B. Training and People Development – Assists the SSTDM in the planning, preparation and execution of all sales training programs (both external and outsourced) to ensure sales progress from baselining to re-assessment.
• Regularly monitors and records training results of sales personnel vis-à-vis the agreed development and training plan.
• Recommends training/program plan (blueprint of training – training calendar, list of participants based on TNA and budget, batch and class arrangement) to SSTDM for smooth program execution.
• Conducts sales assisting programs to target personnel based on the principle of check and fix.
➢ Check – conduct actual route ride with sales personnel and validate the selling and training processes (e.g. typical day, basic call procedure and selling skills such as acquiring account knowledge, communication skills, converting features into benefits, persuasive selling, closing skills and handling objections).
➢ Fix – recommends corrective action plan and monitors improvement.
• Conducts training evaluation immediately after each session to measure training effectiveness (including team building).
• Writes post-analysis or management report of each training run through the observance of 3Ps (People, Process and Place) as guide in enhancement and improvement of runs.
• Manages training budget and makes necessary adjustment in plan should there be changes in priority programs.
• Performs analysis on the Performance Assessment System Results, Sales Competency Assessment, validate talent assessment, competency ratings and Sales Recognition Program Ratings for the over-all Sales Ranking for People Development.

 

Sales Award and Recognition
• Provides sales computation for monthly sales incentive based on sales performance and approved criteria
• Provides annual computation for annual sales awards based on approved criteria and qualification

Facilitation
• Facilitates actual training runs as assigned by SSTDM.
• Facilitates selling systems workshop with Sales Manager and with other Department / Business Units.
• Works with content experts in drafting and actual documentation of selling system processes and training manuals.
• Coordinates with HR personnel for alignment with manning complements.
• Ensures training & workshop set up and clear up before and /or after the event including team building (ingress & egress).
• Assists SSTDM in screening and evaluating of suppliers and training providers (including team building).
• Ensures strong communication linkage between Sales and SSTD to effectively execute training programs, management policies and standards.
Documentation & Safekeeping
• Regularly maintains and updates SSTD library (Selling Processes, Approved Memo, Approved TRFs, Training Inventory and Manuals, Talent Assessment Requirements / Profile of all personnel, Revalida Evaluation Sheets, Accomplished Evaluation Forms for ease in monitoring and review.
• Tracks and monitors memorandum received by SSTD (e.g. letter of intent to transfer, movement, upgrading etc.)
Admin Tasks
• Regularly maintains and updates SSTD library (Selling Processes, Approved Memo, Approved TRFs, Training Inventory and Manuals, Talent Assessment Requirements / Profile of all personnel, Revalida Evaluation Sheets, Accomplished Evaluation Forms for ease in monitoring and review.

A. Education
Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Mass Communication

 

B.Working Experience
Training & Events Coordination
With at least 2 years working experience preferably in Sales

Office- based but 30 mobile:
