Job Summary:
This position focuses on Sale Support Services namely, Sales Information, Selling Systems, Training and Development and Trade Asset Management. As a member of the Sales Management Committee, she/he shall:
- Providing sales information and analyses that will ensure focus and attainment of Sales objectives per business unit.
- Providing technical advice and consultancy services in the areas of sales information, system management, focusing on trade-based information.
- Providing critical information linkages between sales and marketing to ensure information synergy in the area of sales and maketing information systems management.
- Providing cross-functional linkages beween sales information and information technology in servicing the information systems and technology requirement of sales function,
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Sales Information Group provides complete and accurate sales and customer database information, in-depth analysis on historical sales performance and targets in relation to industry trends and strategic insights in compliance with the company’s objectives, goals, strategies and measures (OGSM)
- Ensure that the Selling Systems, Training & Development Team develops, enhances, monitors and implements Selling Systems and Policies as well as Training and People Development needs for all field sales personnel and support groups that will help them maximize sales productivity & efficiencies
- Ensure that Trade Assets are provided and utilized to help achieve Sales target
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course in business or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales and Sales Planning, preferably in FMCG industry
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Organized, systematic and creative
