Management in Processing Returns

•    Ensure each returned item is accurately received and logged into the reverse logistics database.
•    Oversee that the return is legitimate and matches the documentation, preventing unauthorized returns.
•    Ensure all returned products are handled properly, costs are minimized, and value is recovered.
•    Ensure all return and disposal activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Management in Processing Returns

•    Track the percentage of the pullout efficiency and ensure that the products returned is relative to the total number of bookings.
•    Ensure all returns are processed in accordance with the company's established policies.
•    Monitor the performance of RL partners, ensuring they meet their contractual SLAs for timeliness, accuracy, liquidation and cost-effectiveness.
