To help grow San Miguel Foods’ sales and profitability in E-commerce by analyzing customer databases in order to understand online consumer/ shopper behavior
RESEARCH AND ANALYTICS
- Maintains, updates and collates the available databases within the company for consumer data analytics
- Applies software programs/ tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, 0365) and statistical modelling to analyze large data
- Develops data analytics process/reports to understand consumers and increase e-commerce buyers for SMF brands
- Executes both corporate and BU-initiated market research projects, i.e., data analytics, social listening, FGDs, concept-product tests, brand health tracking, household purchases tracking via homepanel, etc.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders (E-Commerce and Digital group, Brand Marketing group, SMIS/ In-store Sales group) for their research and analytics requirements
DISCOVERY AND INSIGHTS INTEGRATION
- Makes deep data synthesis with meaningful insights that draw conclusions and action steps to grow the business
- Conducts data triangulation by validating initial insights with other data sources such as tracking and ad hoc studies to strengthen the conclusions and recommendations
- Helps in the discovery of consumer and shopper insights by participating in immersion activities that can aid in the brand communications and promotions
INNOVATION
- Improves and discovers new analytics software programs or research innovations via continuous search/ trainings that can help save market research spend or identify ROI of digital marketing/ e-commerce spend, etc.
- Runs pilot tests with evaluation and recommendation on the use of the latest research and analytics tools
