As the Product Manager, he or she will take lead role in delivering key growth plans for the assigned brand and/or brands.
- Responsible for driving business reviews & planning, marketing plans, portfolio management & development, market research, new product launches, price strategy, business performance tracking
- Establish brand messaging, positioning, identify target audiences, marketing strategies, and go-to-market campaigns across targeted channels and segments.
- Support the Group Product Manager and Marketing Head in working with new markets for category marketing execution and developing brands/businesses.
- Manage the innovation pipeline for the portfolios to deliver product innovation aligned with the brand strategy & consumer insights
- Drive Brand Profitability for assigned portfolio as well as tracking and ensuring brand performance and returns.
- Manage operational activities for the portfolio/ brands such as financial forecasting, overseeing supply, inventory and availability, artwork or packaging changes, SKU rationalization, phase-in/phase out, pricing initiatives
