Title:  Packaging Manager

Head of Packaging Development for the Magnolia and Coffee BU R&D Team. 

1. Manages all aspects of the company’s packaging development process including application of new/improved technologies and materials in the production of packaging for products and promotions that support the business plan.

2. Creates/ develops new packaging concepts or ideas and translates these to viable new packaging introductions.  Strategically plans, aligns and coordinates the packaging development team projects and objectives and sets priorities consistent with company goals while focusing on high priority opportunities.

3. Keeps abreast of the business strategy and performance of the various product categories and ensures that packaging supports business objectives in terms of product quality and cost competitiveness.

4. Evaluates and secures resources required to support the application and implementation of innovative packaging technologies

5. Direct report to the head of Magnolia & Coffee BU Product Development with 3 direct reports (packaging specialists)
