Title:  PMO Analyst

Reporting directly to the Solutions Implementation Manager, the PMO Analyst assists in the execution of all activities mandated for the Project Management Office including project status reporting, project document management and project progress tracking. 

- Assist in providing management with consolidated projects status reports and other operational processes

- Assist in gathering and consolidating action items related to issues raised by clients in the Customer Delight Encounter Survey Forms and Defect Logs

- Assist in the provision of projects risks assessment

- Assist in facilitating PM trainings and certification

- Assist in the provision of standard PM procedures, policies, guidelines, and templates

- Assist in the provision of standard PM tools and software

- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Other duties:

- Cascades/ Coordinates participation to PMO Trainings

- Collects key project progress and health data from individual Project Managers on a monthly basis

- Provides support on Project Management processes

- Secures approval for Lotus Notes access, internet access, etc of subordinates

- Prepares Cash Advance and Liquidates Expenses

- Coordinates on New/ Extension/ End of Contract of employees for timetracking system account creation/extension/ deactivation

- Assists new Project Managers on timetracking system

- Trains new Project Managers on project management methodology

- Supports all project implementation within San Miguel Corporation and its subsidiaries including external clients
 

A. FORMAL EDUCATION:

o  Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration course, with computer background

o  Knowledge in MS Office Suite/ Project Management Tools/ Metholodgy

B. EXPERIENCE:

o  At least two (2) years experience in implementing processes in IT/Software projects

o  Familiar with Project and Delivery Execution (in software implementations)

o  Knowledge in Information Technology systems
