Title:  Marketing Assistant

Bachelor's Degree in any University, preferably in the field of business management or marketing

• Assist in the end-to-end development of WHAMS merchandise and collaterals (freezer stickers, hambassador uniforms, caps, Sales shirts, promo displays, etc.) from coordinating with suppliers, development of artworks, to managing deliveries and nationwide deployment.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of WHAMS in-trade activities and e-commerce programs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing counterparts to ensure seamless and on-time execution of WHAMS programs.
• Conduct trade checks, competitive and pricing reports during the season
• Help in monitoring warehouse and trade inventory levels throughout the Christmas season to ensure timely depletion of inventory.
• Assist in preparation of PAWs and handling billings and PRMs to ensure timely payment process of suppliers
