The IMC Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing communications for assigned mega brands, while overseeing shared communication platforms to ensure equitable brand representation. The role ensures brand consistency, cross-category alignment, and executional excellence across all channels, driving cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns for mega brands such as Magnolia and Star
- Translate brand and business objectives into cohesive, full-funnel communication strategies across all touchpoints
- Oversee campaign implementation across channels, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Drive executional excellence across offline and online platforms, including OOH, digital, and in-store
- Manage shared platforms such as OOH assets and Home Foodie
- Ensure fair and strategic representation of brands within shared channels
- Align campaign calendars, messaging, and priorities across multiple brands and categories
- Facilitate coordination among brand teams to ensure synergy and avoid overlaps or conflicts
- Safeguard brand consistency by ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all executions
- Uphold high standards of creative quality and integrated storytelling across channels
- Define and track mega brand campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI)
- Analyze performance data and generate insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
- Prepare post-campaign reports and recommendations for stakeholders
