Name of Project: Human Resources & Administration Shared Services – Recruitment & Account Management
- To assist Recruitment and HR Operations in their day-to-day tasks and deliver outputs diligently
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
- Executes end-to-end recruitment process for Accounts assigned by HR Team Lead for Recruitment or HR Manager
- Sourcing
- Source for candidates using various sourcing channels
- Invites agreed number of candidates per month using various sourcing channels
- Encodes all invited candidates in Database tracker
- Exam Administration
- Interviewing/ Profiling
- Conducts calibration sessions with clients to ensure that there is a match between manpower requirement and candidates endorsed
- Conduct interviews for entry-level and supervisory positions (as assigned)
- Schedules candidates for Line Interview for all positions handled
- Job Offer
- Pre-employment Requirements – assists HR Associate for Recruitment in verifying completion of requirements submitted by identified candidates
- Ensure 100% of HRFs are served within the allotted SLA
- Updates Candidate Application Tracker regularly and accurately
- Sends Daily Recruitment Update to stakeholders in a timely manner
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Processes statutory applications
- Files Forms 1902/1905 to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)accomplished by new or old employees for TIN enrolment and information update, respectively
- Files Philhealth Member Registration Forms (PMRF) to Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (Philhealth) accomplished by new employees for PIN enrolment
- Prepares Certificate of Employment as requested by employees
- Processes exit of separated employees
- Prepares Separation Clearance upon receipt of approved Master Data Authority (MDA) for Separation
- Submits accomplished Separation Clearance to Finance Department for check preparation
- Serves as a POC for check release
- Processes permanent Ids for regular employees
- Does other related tasks assigned by HR Associate for Compensation and Benefits
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- Manages 201 and 202 files
- Tracks pre-employment requirements and ensures completion of documents
- Does filing every now and then
ADHOC
- Assists in HRASS projects involving the entire team (i.e. Employee Engagement Activities, HR Initiatives)

Employee may be assigned in varying work schedules depending on requirement of the business
