- Research market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries.
- Cost various compensation and benefit initiatives. Ensures efficient implementation of these programs by providing guidelines and communication materials to concerned parties.
- Ensures compliance to approved policies of all C&B programs (e.g. SRP, BPB)
- Conducts Job Evaluation on different positions within the Company to determine the appropriate job grade or job ladder of the function.
- Aligns compensation recommendations with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure compliance to minimum wage regulations.
- Ensures compliance to approved service level in processing compensation-related job requests.
