  • Research market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries.
  • Cost various compensation and benefit initiatives. Ensures efficient implementation of these programs by providing guidelines and communication materials to concerned parties.
  • Ensures compliance to approved policies of all C&B programs (e.g. SRP, BPB)
  • Conducts Job Evaluation on different positions within the Company to determine the appropriate job grade or job ladder of the function.
  • Aligns compensation recommendations with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance to minimum wage regulations.
  • Ensures compliance to approved service level in processing compensation-related job requests.
