Title:  E-commerce Sales Specialist

1. Grow revenues in e-commerce modern trade and emerging platforms through effective marketing and promotional activities   

• Grow San Miguel Foods revenues in e-commerce modern trade and emerging platforms by planning and implementing effective platform-specific marketing and promotional activities
• Grow our business in e-commerce modern trade platforms as well as emerging platforms by ensuring high visibility and presence of San Miguel Foods brands in major platform sales activities and promotions
• Develop effective co-marketing programs and joint business plans with e-commerce modern trade partners as well as emerging platforms
• Develop new partnerships with new modern trade e-commerce platforms, as well as other emerging e-commerce platforms, and grow our business with them

2. Grow our business with e-distributors through effective distributor management.

• Grow our business with current e-distributors who service emerging platforms by developing and implementing effective Joint Business Plans (JBP)
• Grow our business with distributors through effective portfolio management – ensuring 100% availability in our e-commerce storefronts of all products and SKUs of San Miguel Foods
• Accounts Receivable Management – ensure timely collections of our ARs from distributors
• Forecasting and Demand Planning – create accurate forecasts together with distributors, and ensure timely delivery and adequate allocation of stocks/inventory

3. Grow the team’s expertise in modern trade e-commerce platforms and emerging platforms

• Grow and develop the SMFI’s overall capability, expertise and knowledge in e-commerce modern trade platforms, as well as emerging platforms, through research and training
• Cascade the latest trends and platform innovations to the E-Commerce team, as well as to the rest of the SMFI marketing organization
