  1. Regularly analyzes and understands retail sales formats within the modern trade channel to adapt strategies to the evolving retail landscape, ensuring Magnolia Inc.'s competitiveness and relevance, ultimately improving sales.
  2. Provides Modern Trade sales groups with account sales performance analysis using available data analytics from the Sales Information Group to inform decision-making, drive sales growth, and help sales teams make data-driven decisions, optimizing sales strategies and maximizing revenue:

a. Must-Carry-List of products per store format

b. On-shelf-availability (OSA)

c. Share-of-shelves

d. Outlet scorecard

e. Cycle drive activities

f. Exclusive, localized, channel-specific, or regional activities

  1. Conceptualizes, develops, and gains approval for customized business-building programs specific to Modern Trade channel store formats to drive business growth through tailored initiatives, enhancing competitiveness and sales performance, ultimately increasing sales volume and revenue.
  2. Engages with Modern Trade retailers, including owners, presidents, purchasing managers, store managers, and purchasers/buyers, for market data gathering of insights and trends and ensuring successful execution of strategies.
