Primary Role:
Custodian of emerging channels and direct selling models, responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of alternative routes to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine emerging channel and direct selling frameworks
- Establish policies, operating models, and expansion guidelines
- Ensure consistency of direct selling execution across regions
- Lead rollout planning in coordination with BD Specialists and regions
- Identify and pilot new growth opportunities
- Serve as the central repository of all sales infrastructure and frontliners sales performance data for direct selling and other emerging channel initiatives
- Coordinate closely with the BD Specialist – Contract Management on direct selling agreements
