Title:  Assistant Product Manager

Primary Function

• Responsible for growing the business by creating/enhancing   products   that   would   best   fit   the requirements of the target market.
• Responsible for instituting relationship-building and retention consumer programs to achieve  the brand’s target revenues
• Responsible for establishing and developing programs that would educate consumers on the brand’s message
• Safeguards brand’s profitability  A&P. Handles smaller regional neighborhood activations from conceptualization to implementation
• Provides assistance in the timely execution of below-the-line activities and in-store promotional efforts of the brand
• Helps the Product Manager and the Group Product Manager in coordination with counterparts in other business units as to other brands’ marketing support for the product
• Aides in gathering data and drafting of documents to support successful flow of new product launches in the innovation funnel

Key Duties

• Coordinates with 3rd party agencies and cross functional team to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and activities / events sponsorships
• Works closely with business development team and their partners to ensure implementation of marketing programs
• Processes requirements for payment of partners and agencies  used in marketing activations
• Following up with design/creative agencies regarding On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of packaging and other advertising materials
• Collaborates with suppliers of merchandising collaterals regarding production timelines and schedule of delivery
• Conducts trade checks to spot on-going promotions, merchandising efforts and new products of competitors
• Supports in execution of company-wide internal programs of the brand
• Aides in rolling out of trade programs to incentivize performing partners and to provide corrective measures for partners not operating within standards
