Title:  Delivery Planner

Job Summary

Plans and controls movement and availability of Full Goods (FG) to meet sales requirement at optimum value and achieve customer satisfaction based on the following parameters:

• FG Inventory in the Plant, Dealers & Sales Office Warehouse by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
• Deliveries/Shipments to Sales Office Warehouse
• Receives and validates Sales Order (SO) of KAG/GMA DOS on SAP (based on the required Sell-in target)
• Plan and monitors delivery schedules based on Sell-In Volume (SIV) with consideration of delivery window of Outlets/Customers.
• Ensures the availability of Full goods by maintaining the required inventory days level.
• Determines and translates delivery schedules into hauling requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• With at least 1 year work experience in Warehousing Operations preferably in similar capacity    
• With exposure in forecasting, inventory and/or distribution planning    
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• With basic knowledge on SAP
