Title:  Warehouse Inventory Controller

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting inventory monitoring, control, and documentation across basic, further processing, and warehousing operations of Poultry South Cebu. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely transaction processing, and compliance with company standards on quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including issuance, receipt, and movement of materials and finished goods
• Ensure timely and proper documentation of all inventory transactions within assigned operational areas
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth inventory flow and reconciliation
• Conduct regular inventory counts, validation, and discrepancy investigations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Quality Management Systems, and Food Safety standards in all inventory-related processes

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant internship or on-the-job training experience.
