This position is mainly responsible for Account Monitoring by managing store-level operations related to availability, stockouts, promo execution, and validation.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Account Management and Business Development

1. Manages store level operations related to availability, stock-outs, promo execution and validation;

2. Builds and maintains strong business partnering to all key decision makers of the account/s being managed;

3. Conducts Regular fieldwork activities

    a. Daily and regular trade check to all KAG account store branches within his area of coverage.

    b. Meets with Store Manager / Supervisor and discuss issues and concerns related to Availability, Display, SRP, Inventory, Stock-outs, Promo Execution,                  Competitors, Etc.

    c. Provides immediate feedback to GSMI sales concerned and prepares / submits necessary reports.

4. Attends a well-structured annual / semestral Business Review with key decision makers of the account (2 accounts per year);

5. Maintains an updated and orderly factbook (Factbook must include the following: list of branches, name of store supervisor, average volume, planogram, list of mass display, promo activity, trade penetration standards (TPS) per account.

B. Trade Promotion and Merchandising

1. Cascades and implements approved sales programs (store level);

2. Cascades and implements approved sales programs based on the promo calendar (store level);

3. Monitors and validates effectiveness of all promo implemented within his area of coverage by checking the following: allocation, offtake, consumer insights, competitor's activity) (store level);

4. Monitors and validates in-store merchandising and promotional agreements/contracts including but not limited to mass display, shelf-display, listing fee, and mailers.

C. Market Development

1. Conducts alignment meeting with coordinator once a month together with Key Accounts Supervisor;

2. Conducts alignment with merchandisers during outlet visit;

3. Discusses Issues and Concerns for proper planning and execution.

D. Sales Planning and Analysis

1. Gathers and analyzes sales data for presentation during monthly operations review with TSM;

2. Gathers and provides data for business planning of major accounts.

E. Administrative

1. Responsible for the custodianship, maintenance, proper utilization ansd safety of company resources including but not limited to vehicles, equipment, stocks

2. Submits weekly liquidation of expense report, Domestic Travel Authority, Workplan, Fuel Utilization Monitoring Report (FUMR);

3. Submits Fieldwork reports as per set timelines.
