Title:  Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary: This role involves conducting field audits and collaborating with distributor counterparts to ensure compliance, while also overseeing the implementation of the Feeds Regional/Local Review Committee's functions in adherence to established protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and verify fund utilization to ensure adherence to established guidelines, maintaining full transparency and accountability throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial transactions, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, measuring their impact on business objectives and volume targets.
• Analyze and identify areas of strength and weakness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Foster collaborative relationships with distributors to align fund utilization with collective goals and objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement in fund management processes, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
• Preferably, with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Possesses good interpersonal relationship skills, strong managerial and leadership skills, and analytical capability
• Computer Literate (knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP and MS Office is an advantage)
