Title:  Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Area Sales Manager (ASM), this role manages territory sales orders by ensuring accurate and timely processing. It involves close coordination with the Supply Chain Group for inventory requirements, communication of final delivery volumes to the Sales Account Specialist (SAS), and alignment with the ASM on final allocations. The position also maintains daily sales records for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product shipments, inter-branch transfers, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist customers with product availability, allocation concerns, and provide general sales support.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions for aging, slow-moving, or out-of-stock items.
• Analyze sales performance and expense data to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare, organize, and safeguard key sales documents and reports, including budget proposals.
• Ensure all sales volumes are properly accounted for across company-owned Chicken Stations and Meat Shops via the Sales Information System.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
