Title: Sales Account Specialist

Job Summary:
Supervise sales and distribution of all trade channels in the assigned territory. Execute the given company’s plan and programs, develop and open new accounts to ensure attainment of sales target. Provides regular feedback to immediate superior on competitive activities in the area, recommend prices, prepares and analyzes volume forecast to ensure availability of supply. Initiates local store promo, manage AR and coordinates with other departments to ensure effectiveness of sales transaction and achieve overall sales objective.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and open new accounts while serving as a business consultant to drive sales volume and profitability.
- Ensure consistent attainment of monthly sales targets through effective execution of company plans and programs.
- Maintain strong collection efficiency and manage accounts receivable (AR) in line with company cash and credit policies.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and review distribution improvements, route coverage, and area expansion initiatives.
- Ensure efficient account management and operations to sustain performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proficient in computer applications (MS Office and related tools)

With a valid professional driver’s license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
