Title:  Production Analyst

Job Summary:
This role involves compiling and analyzing farm efficiency data, delivering performance summaries and reports to Animal Production Specialists and management, preparing efficiency budgets, forecasting operational metrics, and creating presentation materials for review sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects and reports farm efficiency data to Animal Production Specialist, Area Operation Managers, and Regional OM on a monthly/weekly basis.

• Provides monthly performance summaries to each APS for their specific farms.

• Prepares efficiency budgets for each farm related to Market Based Efficiency.

• Analyzes forecasts for breeding and growing capacity to project year-end supply.

• Creates presentation materials for operations review sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Willing to work as a 3-month reliever.
