Title:  Finished Goods Planner

Job Summary:

This is a fixed-term reliever position responsible for supporting poultry operations across the Visayas through production planning, inventory monitoring, and logistics coordination. The role ensures optimal product availability, maintains accurate inventory levels, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve service level targets and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop weekly and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacity to ensure product availability.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to support supply continuity and optimize stock availability.
• Coordinate with Processing, Sales, and Logistics teams to align production schedules and ensure timely product deliveries.
• Track shipment movements and purchase order compliance to support service level achievement.
• Prepare inventory and service level reports and facilitate planning meetings to support operational and management decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Management Accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Office applications; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience in production planning or inventory management is a plus.
