Title:  Finance Analyst

Job Summary: The position supports the Finance Supply Chain - Feeds Business (BMP Cebu) in executing comprehensive finance functions to optimize business profitability, safeguard company assets and liabilities, and ensure robust internal controls. This role ensures compliance with government financial regulations and is responsible for preparing financial reports and analyses to aid the management in effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares consolidated financial and management reports for the Feeds business, including variance analysis, priority schedules, and area-specific summaries. 
• Leads the preparation and assists in developing the annual and long-range budgets for the business, aligning them with strategic plans and covering Profit and Loss, Funds Statements, and Capital Expenditures.  
• Ensures accurate fund balance recognition through detailed monitoring and in-depth analysis, adhering to company guidelines and government regulations.  
• Responds promptly to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, customers, vendors, and government agencies, to support regional operations effectively.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• Preferably, with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Possesses good interpersonal relationship skills, strong managerial and leadership skills, and analytical capability
• Computer Literate (knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP and MS Office is an advantage)
