Title:  Finance Analyst

Job Summary: Performs cashiering, AR tasks, and Chicken Station costing and reconciliation; supports inventories in Central Visayas; assists in fund management, audits, compliance, and month-end processes; manages collections, payments, petty cash, and financial records; coordinates supply procurement; and provides support in billing, budgeting, pricing checks, and field activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cashiering functions and ensure accurate recording of daily transactions.
• Prepare Chicken Station movement reports and costing analysis.
• Assist in conducting physical inventory across Central Visayas facilities.
• Handle Accounts Receivable tasks for Food Service Accounts, including the releasing of Sales Orders.
• Prepare and reconcile funds related to Chicken Station operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy or Management Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• With strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple financial tasks.
